Laura H. Huggins, Owner
Laura received a B.A. in English, Magna Cum Laude, from Furman University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a recipient of the Outstanding Senior award. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she graduated first in her class. At USC School of Law, Ms. Huggins was also an Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review and judicial intern to the Honorable Jean H. Toal of the South Carolina Supreme Court. Laura was also a member of the Order of the Coif, the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court, and Honor Council during her time at USC School of Law. She was also a Legal Writing Teacher's Assistant and the Chief Justice for the Order of Wig and Robe. Laura is the owner of Laura H. Huggins, LLC, where she practices business, real estate, estate planning, and probate administration law.
Laura was raised in the Grand Strand area of South Carolina and still has family who lives on the coast. She loves calling Chapin her home (since 2000) and enjoys serving her community in a variety of ways. Laura and her husband, Keith Huggins, are blessed with three daughters. As a family, they love to travel and spend time on Lake Murray, especially with their Golden Retriever, Honey.

Paralegal (Estate Planning and Corporate)
Noelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of South Carolina. Noelle first worked for the Law Office of Laura H. Huggins from 2012-2015, and rejoined the team in 2018. After almost a decade as a corporate and real estate paralegal, her focus is now primarily estate planning. She takes pride in knowing that she is helping clients prepare themselves and their families for the future. Noelle lives in Pawleys Island with her husband and two children. She enjoys trying all the wonderful seafood in the South Strand, boating on the Waccamaw River, and watching a good movie.
Paralegal (Probate Administration and Estate Planning)
Corie joined the Law Office of Laura H. Huggins in June 2019. She graduated from Midlands Technical College in 2019 with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been a vital part of our real estate and probate administration team. Corie is the first person to greet our wonderful clients and loves getting to know each client that comes through our front door. Corie grew up in Prosperity and currently resides there with her husband, Aaron, and their two beautiful daughters. Corie enjoys spending her free time on the lake with her family and friends.
Real Estate Attorney
Jaclynn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wofford College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Spanish. She went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2008. While in law school, she received the CALI Award in Real Estate Transactions I and II and was a member of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal. Upon graduation, Jaclynn clerked for the Honorable William P. Keesley of the 11th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. She then practiced with firms in both Charleston and Columbia, focusing on real estate, banking, and corporate matters.
Having grown up in Chapin and graduated from Chapin High School, Jaclynn is happy to be living in this wonderful community and practicing law in her hometown. She and her husband Travis are licensed foster parents, and they, along with their two daughters, have had the blessing of welcoming many children into their home over the past few years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family and their mini Goldendoodle, Maple.
